How it works

How BeThere works

BeThere is a free live fantasy sports app. You pick one real game, draft a few of its players, and call plays as they happen. The points you score earn raffle tickets for real prizes, and you never spend money.

  • One real gameDraft from the two teams playing, then call it live.
  • Real prizesYour points earn raffle tickets for prize giveaways.
  • No real moneyPlay for points. No deposits and no cash, ever.

A game in four steps

  1. Pick your game

Open the app and choose an MLB or college football game that’s live or coming up. Invite your friends to the same game, from the stands or the couch.

  2. Draft your players

Choose a handful of players from the two teams. Their real stats turn into points for you as the game goes on.

  3. Call it live

Quick questions called Challenges pop up during the game. Will this batter get a hit? How does this drive end? Tap your answer. A right call adds points, and a wrong one costs nothing.

  4. Win prizes

You and your friends are on one live leaderboard. When it ends, your points turn into raffle tickets: the more you score, the more you get. Enter them in giveaways in the app to win real prizes.

What a Challenge looks like

At-bat · Top 1st

Will Reyes get a hit?

Time left to answer
Yes×3No
Example: a baseball at-bat.

Drive · From their own 28

How does State’s drive end?

Time left to answer

Answering is always free. Long shots are worth more, and so is the early call: most Challenges are worth the most right when they open.

What it costs

Nothing. BeThere is free to play, with no real money and nothing to buy. You earn raffle tickets by playing, never by paying, and entering a giveaway is free. More: how playing with no real money works.
